Prices and limits verified on October 28, 2026 from Webflow's pricing page, Webflow's May 13, 2026 pricing post, Webflow's help center, Cloudflare Pages, and Eject's pricing page. Links are in Sources. Every Webflow price below is as of October 2026 and comes from those pages.
How much does a Webflow site cost?
A simple site on Basic is $180 a year on yearly billing, or $300 a year on monthly billing. That is the Site plan only. Webflow's pricing page says prices are in USD, per site, plus applicable taxes at checkout. Basic includes a free Starter Workspace. A paid Workspace, extra seats, and bandwidth are separate charges.
Premium, the CMS plan, is $300 a year on yearly billing, or $468 a year on monthly billing. The page header says "Yearly (Save up to 40%)." Monthly billing costs $120 more over the year on Basic, and $168 more on Premium.
The renewal price can change, on or after June 29, 2026 for most sites, or on or after November 16, 2026 for a Freelancer or Agency Workspace and for legacy pricing from 2022 or earlier. Switching to yearly billing before that date locks the current Site plan for another year. The schedule is below, from Webflow's May 13, 2026 post and the help center.
Other builders are in Webflow alternatives. The leave sequence is in How to leave Webflow.
What does a Webflow Site plan cost?
The Site plan is the hosting bill for one site. Year totals below are the per-month price times 12, from webflow.com/pricing.
| Site plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Per year, yearly | Per year, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | Free | $0 | $0 |
| Basic | $15/mo | $25/mo | $180 | $300 |
| Premium | $25/mo | $39/mo | $300 | $468 |
| Team | $2,500/mo | Annual contract required | Monthly rate on the page | Monthly rate on the page |
| Enterprise | Talk to sales | Talk to sales | Talk to sales | Talk to sales |
Team is $2,500 a month with an annual contract required. The page states that monthly rate and does not print a separate year total.
Starter publishes on a webflow.io domain, with 2 static pages, 1 GB of bandwidth, and 50 form submissions. Publishing to a custom domain is not available on Starter.
Basic is "for simple sites that don't need a CMS." It includes a custom domain, 300 static pages, 10 GB of bandwidth, unlimited form submissions, password protection, and a free Starter Workspace. The May 13, 2026 post says the yearly plan is $15 a month, the monthly plan is $25 a month, and the static page limit doubles from 150 to 300.
Premium is marked "New." It includes the Webflow CMS, 50 GB of bandwidth selectable up to 2.5 TB, code components, site search, form file upload, and well-known files. The May 13 post says CMS and Business were combined into Premium, at $25 a month billed yearly or $39 a month billed monthly, with 20,000 CMS items and 40 Collections.
Ecommerce is on the same pricing page. Standard is $29 a month billed yearly, or $42 billed monthly, with a 2% transaction fee. Plus is $74 billed yearly, or $84 billed monthly. Advanced is $212 billed yearly, or $235 billed monthly. The May 2026 help page says nothing is changing for Ecommerce.
| Ecommerce plan | Per year, yearly billing | Per year, monthly billing |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 12 × $29 = $348 | 12 × $42 = $504 |
| Plus | 12 × $74 = $888 | 12 × $84 = $1,008 |
| Advanced | 12 × $212 = $2,544 | 12 × $235 = $2,820 |
A store pays that Site plan, the 2% fee on Standard, tax, and any Workspace plan beside it.
What does a Webflow Workspace plan cost?
The Workspace is a second subscription. Webflow's pricing page bills it separately from the Site plan. The refund policy says they are cancelled in different places. Cancelling one leaves the other running.
| Workspace | Per month, yearly | Per year, yearly | Per month, monthly | Per year, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | $0 | Free | $0 |
| Core | $19 | 12 × $19 = $228 | $28 | 12 × $28 = $336 |
| Growth | $11 less than monthly | $588 | $60 | 12 × $60 = $720 |
| Freelancer | $16 | 12 × $16 = $192 | $24 | 12 × $24 = $288 |
| Agency | $35 | 12 × $35 = $420 | $42 | 12 × $42 = $504 |
Growth is $588 a year on yearly billing. Monthly billing is $60 a month, or $720 for the year.
Starter Workspace includes 2 staging sites and 1 full seat. Basic includes that free Workspace, so a simple site that stays in the designer can be the Site plan by itself.
Code export needs a paid Workspace. The pricing page says those plans export clean, semantic HTML and CSS, and that dynamic content (CMS items and pages) can't be exported. Starter has no export row. Core includes code export. The pricing FAQ says a paid Workspace can host the export anywhere, dynamic content goes out collection by collection, and forms will stop working.
Basic plus Core is $180 plus $228, which is $408 a year on yearly billing, before tax. That is the simple site plus the export.
Seats, from the same page:
| Seat | Per month, yearly | Per year, yearly | Per month, monthly | Per year, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Full | $39 | 12 × $39 = $468 | $45 | 12 × $45 = $540 |
| Limited | $15 | 12 × $15 = $180 | $19 | 12 × $19 = $228 |
| Free reviewer | $0 | $0 | $0 | $0 |
Basic plus one extra full seat is $180 plus $468, which is $648 a year on yearly billing. Add Core's $228 if the Workspace is paid too.
Add-ons on the same page:
- AI credits: 2,000 credits a month for $20 a month on yearly billing (12 × $20 = $240 a year), or $25 a month on monthly billing (12 × $25 = $300 a year). The May 13 post puts AI credits in every Workspace and enforces limits from June 29, 2026. It does not state the included amount.
- Analyze starts at $9 a month on yearly billing, or $12 on monthly billing. A year at those starting rates is 12 × $9 = $108, or 12 × $12 = $144.
- Optimize is a paid add-on priced by page views.
Webflow's pricing calculator says costs for Workspace plans, seats, and add-ons like Optimize, Analyze, and Localization are not included. The calculator figure is the Site plan. Localization has no price on the pages checked here.
What is the Webflow cost per month?
Yearly billing charges the lower per-month rate for the year up front. Monthly billing charges the higher rate each month. The year totals are in the tables above. Basic is $15 or $25 a month. Premium is $25 or $39. A second site is a second Site plan: two Basic sites on yearly billing are 2 × $180, which is $360, plus the Workspace.
What do Premium bandwidth add-ons cost?
Premium includes 50 GB, selectable up to 2.5 TB, on webflow.com/pricing. The FAQ prices these steps. Each year total is the per-month price times 12.
| Add-on | Per month, yearly | Per year, yearly | Per month, monthly | Per year, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| +50 GB | $20 | $240 | $30 | $360 |
| +100 GB | $40 | $480 | $60 | $720 |
| +150 GB | $60 | $720 | $90 | $1,080 |
| +250 GB | $100 | $1,200 | $150 | $1,800 |
| +350 GB | $140 | $1,680 | $210 | $2,520 |
The list continues up to an add-on of 2.450 TB. Later steps are priced on that FAQ.
Premium at $300 a year plus the +50 GB add-on at $240 is $540 for the year, before a Workspace, seats, and tax.
Surge protection "covers temporary bandwidth spikes." Two consecutive months over the limit triggers an automatic plan upgrade. The refund policy says bandwidth and usage auto-upgrades are non-refundable.
Sites leaving Business also drop from 100 GB included to 50 GB. Webflow auto-adds bandwidth if the site exceeded 50 GB in the past two billing months. The priced examples are in the next section, from the May 2026 help page.
Is Webflow expensive?
Price the plan you have. Basic on yearly billing is $180 a year and includes a free Starter Workspace. For about 10 quiet pages, that $180 is the editor and the hosting.
Core for export makes it $408. One extra full seat makes Basic plus that seat $648. Team is $2,500 a month with an annual contract. Keep the plan when the CMS, the store, or a team in the designer is doing the work. A few static pages are the case for a host you put files on. Other companies' prices are in Webflow alternatives.
What is the Webflow price increase in 2026?
It is a price change with three outcomes. The May 13, 2026 post says some customers will see a price increase, some a decrease, and some no change at all. That post and the help page state the new Basic and CMS amounts. Previous Basic and CMS dollar prices are not on those pages.
From the help page:
- Basic increases to $15 a month on yearly billing, or $25 a month on monthly billing.
- CMS increases to $25 a month yearly or $39 a month monthly, and the site moves to Premium.
- Business decreases to those Premium prices. Bandwidth goes from 100 GB to 50 GB, with add-ons auto-added if the site exceeded 50 GB in the past two billing months.
- Ecommerce does not change.
Three Business examples, in USD:
- A monthly site under 50 GB drops $10 a month, to $39 a month.
- A yearly site at 500 GB pays the same total before and after.
- A yearly site at 150 GB goes from $59 a month to $65 a month. The note is "You'll pay more."
A billable change means upgrading or downgrading the base Site plan, or switching the billing cycle. Switching to yearly before your date locks the current plan. Switching after that date can apply the new price.
Who gets the new price on June 29, and who gets it on November 16?
From the May 13 post and the help page, updated August 31, 2026:
| When | Who pays the new Site plan price |
|---|---|
| May 13, 2026 | New Site plan purchases |
| On or after June 29, 2026 | Most existing sites, at the next renewal or billable change |
| On or after November 16, 2026 | Sites in a Freelancer or Agency Workspace, or on legacy discounts from 2022 or earlier, at the next renewal or billable change |
The help page says the November 16 group was specifically notified. A client site in a Freelancer or Agency Workspace is in that group. Legacy pricing means a discount from 2022 or earlier.
The May 13 post says site owners can switch to yearly billing before then to lock in their current Site plan for another year. The lock is one year. The renewal after it uses the new price. Which plan to cancel is in How to leave Webflow.
Can you cancel a Webflow subscription and get a refund?
New purchases can refund. Renewals cannot. Sources: the refund policy, updated September 22, 2026, the pricing FAQ on webflow.com/pricing, and the downgrade article, updated October 5, 2026.
New Site and Workspace purchases are fully refundable within 14 days, on monthly and annual plans. Plan renewals are non-refundable. Annual plans send a reminder at least 7 days before renewal.
Also non-refundable: add-ons and seats (cancel turns them into account credit), bandwidth and usage auto-upgrades, and AI credits. AI credits do not roll over.
The pricing FAQ says you can cancel at any time, "but you'll still pay the remainder of the term for the plan you signed up for."
Remove add-ons, such as bandwidth, before you downgrade or cancel. A downgrade to Starter takes effect at the end of the billing period unless you choose "Downgrade now." The downgrade article says "Webflow purchases are nonrefundable." The 14-day window is the refund policy's rule for a new purchase. Read both pages before you buy.
At the end of a cancelled Site plan, Webflow removes the custom domains and unpublishes the site from the custom domain and the webflow.io subdomain. The replacement has to be on the domain first. Steps are in How to leave Webflow.
Can I use Webflow for free?
Yes, on Starter. The Site plan is free: a webflow.io domain, 2 static pages, 1 GB of bandwidth, and 50 form submissions. A custom domain starts on Basic.
The Starter Workspace is free: 2 staging sites and 1 full seat. Code export is on a paid Workspace. A custom domain and an export are both paid. Hosting the files after export is below, and the export itself still needs that paid Workspace.
What does a simple Webflow site cost over one year and three years?
Totals are before tax. Three-year figures are three times the one-year price. Basic, Premium, and the two combinations use the yearly or monthly rates already cited.
| Bill | 1 year | 3 years |
|---|---|---|
| Basic, yearly billing | $180 | $540 |
| Basic, monthly billing | $300 | $900 |
| Premium, yearly billing | $300 | $900 |
| Premium, monthly billing | $468 | $1,404 |
| Basic + Core, yearly billing | $408 | 3 × $408 = $1,224 |
| Basic + one full seat, yearly billing | $648 | 3 × $648 = $1,944 |
Yearly Premium for three years is $900, the same figure as monthly Basic for three years. The plans differ. A legacy discount can change at the June 29 or November 16 renewal, so a later year can differ from year one.
When should you stay on Webflow?
Stay when a folder of files would drop a job you use.
- CMS-heavy sites. Premium includes the CMS, with 20,000 items and 40 Collections on the May 13 post. The export leaves CMS items and pages out. Forms stop working off Webflow.
- Stores. Ecommerce plans are unchanged. Standard includes a 2% transaction fee.
- Teams. A full seat is $39 a month on yearly billing. Freelancer is $16 and Agency is $35, both per month on yearly billing. Team is $2,500 a month with an annual contract. Client sites in a Freelancer or Agency Workspace are also the November 16 group.
- Analyze, Optimize, or Localization. The calculator leaves them off the Site plan total. Optimize is priced by page views.
A brochure or portfolio of about 10 quiet pages is the comparison in the next section.
What does a static site cost instead?
Cloudflare Pages says you can start building for free, and that all plans come with unlimited sites, seats, requests, and bandwidth. Hosting on that free plan is $0 for a typical small site, which is the figure on Eject's pricing page.
The domain remains. A typical .com is about $15 a year. Yours may differ.
Eject moves a simple site of about 10 pages for $99 once. There is no subscription. Eject does not bill again. You edit later by asking ChatGPT or any free AI chatbot. Start at Move a Webflow site or see pricing.
Eject's pricing page sets Webflow Basic at $180 a year next to that move: a $66 save in year one and a $165 save in later years. Year one is $180 minus $99 minus about $15, which is $66. A later year is $180 minus about $15, which is $165. Hosting in that comparison is $0.
Over three years those saves are $66 + $165 + $165 = $396, against $540 of yearly Basic. Cash on the static side is $99 once plus about $45 of domain over three years (3 × $15), which is $144, plus $0 hosting. Your domain price can differ. Webflow tax can differ.
Have the replacement live before the term ends. Renewals are non-refundable, and the custom domain comes off with the cancelled Site plan. The steps are in How to leave Webflow.
