Should I move my website off Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or Framer?
It depends on what the site does. If it's a simple site, like a portfolio, local business page or landing page of about 10 pages, moving usually costs less: $99 once with Eject, then your domain renewal and free static hosting on your own account. If your site sells products, takes bookings, has member logins or runs a large blog or CMS, staying on Squarespace, Wix or your current builder is better, because those features need the builder and the $99 move doesn't include them. FAQ
How much does it cost after the $99?
Nothing from us. You keep paying your domain registrar. Hosting can run on free static hosting on your own account (e.g. Cloudflare Pages). Cloudflare Pages' free plan allows business sites. Vercel's free plan is for personal sites. If you want an AI subscription you can buy one, but many small edits work on free plans.
Will it look the same?
It's a copy of your live pages: same words, images, fonts, and layout, saved as files. Some builder effects (scroll animations, sliders, embedded widgets) may not behave exactly the same. Your old site stays live until you switch the domain.
Do I own it?
Yes. The files live in your accounts. There's no Eject account to keep paying for.
Do I need to code?
No. You edit by telling your AI what to change. The folder includes instructions it follows.
Which sites can move?
Simple Webflow, Framer, Wix, and Squarespace sites, up to about 10 pages. Not stores, member areas, or large CMS sites.
What happens to my domain and Google listing?
Your domain stays yours and only changes when you change it. The copy keeps the page addresses we captured. We can't promise rankings. Nobody honestly can.
What about my contact form?
The copy keeps the form fields. It does not keep sending mail through the old builder. A form is marked so it does not submit until you point it at your own endpoint. The editing guide says how.
